Newsletters are sent daily, almost always at 10:00 UK time, anything emailed at a different time is always scheduled in advance, for example, subscribers were informed on Thursday that today's notes would be sent @ 08:30 ,with "morning" games we are covering set to kick off at the usual sending time.
