WSOP update ..............
Jun 22, 2016
Sportmarket head honcho Per Hildebrand came agonisingly close at the $10k entry Omaha Hi-Low Split-8 or Better WSOP event, he went into Day 2 as the shortstack as we outlined in yesterday's post ,but came on strong through Day 3 and was leading with 2.1m in chips with just eight players remaining. However, little went his way after that and Per had to settle for 6th place and a $67,291 payday, it will be a nice consolation in the cold light of tomorrow , but only human nature to think "what might have been" and I am sure it was only the bracelet he had eyes for. Maybe next time !
Good Luck.
