Inside the box numbers are only available at clubgowi in this format and you can view updated Bundesliga stats below , there is a glossary at the foot of the post which explains what they are.
I often run them alongside XP and XGD , I think the real value of ITB is once the numbers start to turn, they may not always be reflected immediately in results, so we will have an edge "knowing" when teams are starting to improve OR falling into bad habits, which is just as valuable.
I do like expected goals/points numbers too, but have an issue with how some are collected and IMO, it is easier to see the direction teams are heading with ITB if only because there are more numerically and the swings quicker to pick up on. But I also think they highlight the flow of the games and the superiority, or failings of teams, better.

Net ITB numbers for the season directly alongside each team, figures after that in brackets are ITB numbers (created-conceded) for the last six games.
Where to start ? Too much to say !
Leipzig have sensational last six numbers, averaging 15-6 ITB.
BMG, Schalke , TSG and Freiburg do not have numbers comparable to their league placings, Schalke's last six are terrible, no top five team gives up 12.5 pg and are almost -7 net pg.
Koln and Leverkusen are better than the table suggests and special mention for Wolfsburg going +20 in their last six with two huge performances versus top 5 opposition.
I will also big up the 59 attempts created by Union Berlin.
However, biggest potential improver has to be Frankfurt, they have top 4 net numbers for the season and only Bayern and Leipzig have created more across the last six and only four teams have conceded fewer, we will be backing them strongly when the time is right.
Glossary:
ITB= inside the box attempts, Goal of the month competitions usually feature several long range contenders and we always remember those 30 yard bullets into the top corner, but only 12.87% of Premier League goals over the last three seasons have been scored from outside the box , good coaches are known to encourage players to look for better scoring opportunities and it is usually only supporters urging "shoooooot" everytime the goal is within sight, even if there are 20 players between ball and net .
XG= expected goals.
XGF= expected goals for.
XGA = expected goals against.
XGD = expected goal difference.
XP = expected points.
BC = big scoring chance.
Updated ITB numbers for Ligue 1 , Ligue 2, La Liga and Serie A were also sent to subscribers this morning and they will get Premier League and Championship in the coming days.
