I am writing this Saturday afternoon, but let's pretend it's Sunday !

 

13 years ago today clubgowi started, first as the Gambling and Other Wholesome Interests blog , which is where the GOWI came from and, more recently, here on the website.

 

To be honest, it feels longer !

 

That's not to say it hasn't been fun, largely it has, but it has also been a massive commitment and I am proud to say I have not missed a day and barely even a deadline over those almost 5,000 days.

 

Many blogs struggle to last 100 days, for those related to sports betting I suspect 20-30 would be closer to the truth and it is remarkable we are still going strong 13 years later.

 

I have several readers/subscribers (that I am aware of) who have been with me since 2006, dozens more who have followed clubgowi for a decade or so and I think that is incredible and I am very appreciative of the level of support I have received. I would like to thank all of them (you) today and also give a shout out to Sportmarket, they are our preferred betting partner and have supported clubgowi for many years and I am equally proud of that association.
