Fresh !
Fresh !
I do not read any betting related content on the internet, none at all !
I know that might be hard to believe and a strange assertion for someone who writes circa 40 betting previews per week and spends 90% of his waking life thinking about sport and betting, but it is true !
My thinking is that virtually all of what you will read on forums, blogs, websites is garbage and the small amount of good stuff is almost worthless the moment it has been published and is freely available on an open forum.
I want to come into my information fresh, I want it to be clean, new and untainted , something I have seen with my own eyes , or have a different slant on to anyone else, I do read fan forums and sports based articles, of course I do, there is a lot to pick up on and let sink in, wash over me, but none of it has a betting angle, that is what I bring to the "party".
Of course, I write my thoughts down and send it to subscribers, but they are a relatively small group and it is not available for every bettor on the internet to read and even then, I am fully aware that everything I write has a limited shelf life and you have to continually look to freshen things up and stay ahead of the game. If I see a team as a potential improver and believe that oddsmakers have underestimated them, I might see value in betting them for 2-3 games, but sooner rather than later the betting lines will adjust and it is time to move on.
You will read samples of the newsletter service as free to view content, but it is only about 7-8% of our output and is just a sample and usually, the preview contains content that we have already used and are almost finished with, at least for the time being.
If I realise early that a Ligue 2 team are so much better when a young undervalued defensive midfielder or left back starts, it might take longer for others to realise his value than that of say a striker who is scoring on a regular basis, ultimately the cat will be out of the bag, but the former is far less obvious and therefore, in my book, has more value than the latter.
Rather than sitting on the laptop reading betting forums, you will learn far more by going out and watching some live sport, firstly it is fun, secondly you are likely to see something that less than 0.001% of punters have and that will give you a big edge in your betting, alternatively, you could subscribe to clubgowi !
Good luck !
