Happy New Year to all readers of the clubgowi website, some of you, quite a few actually, have been following me for a dozen years or more, going back to the very early days of the Gambling and Other Wholesome Interests blog, which is where the "GOWI" of clubgowi comes from and for that level of support I am hugely appreciative and would like to thank you.
What an awful year it has been and I doubt many will be sad to say goodbye to 2020 !
As bad as the last 12 months have been, I think it has helped most of us become more resilient and patient, and to appreciate the things that really matter and to cherish what we previously took a little for granted.
If you are celebrating tonight, be safe and I would like to wish you all a prosperous and more importantly, healthy, 2021.
